The
building was originally a house belonging to the family
who ran Denham Aerodrome and was built during the first
world war.
In
1985 Manuel Resco recognised the potential of the property
and converted it into a restaurant. Twenty five years on
Biggles has become famous for its fresh fish, meat &
vegetables.

Manuel
Resco arrived in England from Spain in 1969 and spent his
early years working in various quality restaurants in the
local area. Since starting Biggles in 1985, Manuel has played
host to many famous film and pop stars who have dined at
the restaurant. Manuel continually operates a full 'hands
on' role within the bar and kitchen ensuring all guests
enjoy the friendly, family atmosphere and fine cuisine that
Biggles Restaurant has to offer.

Our
food is sourced from local suppliers, Manuel often begins
his day with a 3am start travelling to the London markets
to ensure availability of only the finest quality fish and
meat for his guests.
Subject to sufficient notice, Manuel can prepare your favourite
individual dish to make your dining experience with us even
more enjoyable with us.
Our
menu is continental with traditional steaks & fish dishes.
